Global Logistics

Navigating international wildlife regulations to deliver premium reptiles safely to over 80 countries.

100% Live Arrival Guarantee

We take full responsibility for the health and safety of your animal while in transit. If an animal arrives deceased or in poor health, we offer a full replacement or refund subject to our standard DOA protocols.

CITES & Permits

International movement of wildlife is strictly regulated by CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).

Our dedicated logistics team handles all complex export documentation from our facilities. However, you must ensure you have the legal right to import and keep the animal in your jurisdiction.

  • We process all required Export Permits (CITES Appendix I, II, or III).
  • We provide Veterinary Health Certificates for all live shipments.
  • Buyers are responsible for obtaining necessary Import Permits.
  • Buyers are responsible for local venomous keeping licenses.

Transit Procedures

We utilize specialized live-animal freight forwarders and airlines with temperature-controlled cargo holds. We DO NOT use standard postal services for live reptiles.

Animals are packed in IATA-approved wooden crates or specialized insulated boxes with appropriate phase-change materials (heat or cold packs) calibrated for the journey's duration.

  • All shipments are tracked 24/7 by our logistics team.
  • Venomous shipments are double-bagged and placed in locked, escape-proof crates.
  • Shipments are scheduled strictly around safe weather windows.

Shipping FAQ

We actively export to over 80 countries, including the United States, Canada, most of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and the UAE. If your country allows the legal importation of the species you wish to acquire, we can generally arrange a flight. Please consult with your local customs or wildlife authority prior to ordering.
Processing times vary wildly depending on the species and the importing country. Non-CITES species can often be exported within 1-2 weeks. CITES Appendix II animals generally require 4-8 weeks for permit approval. We will keep you updated at every stage of the bureaucratic process.
The safety of the animal is our absolute priority. If temperatures at the origin, layover hub, or destination fall outside of safe parameters (typically below 40°F/4°C or above 90°F/32°C), we will delay the shipment. We monitor global aviation weather patterns daily and will reschedule the flight for the next safe window.
While rare, transit fatalities can occur. To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, you or an authorized agent must receive the animal on the first delivery attempt or pick it up from the cargo facility within 2 hours of arrival. In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), you must notify us via email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of receiving the package, including clear photographic and video evidence of the animal and the packaging.
No. Live animals must be shipped via specialized live-animal cargo protocols and clear through designated wildlife inspection ports. Venom extracts, especially freeze-dried powders, clear through pharmaceutical or chemical customs channels. They require completely separate airway bills and regulatory handling.
