Our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds on live animals, venom products, and equipment.
Due to the nature of live animals, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, our Live Arrival Guarantee covers death or illness during transit.
If you receive a healthy animal but wish to return it, we may accept it back at our discretion with a 25% restocking fee. The buyer pays all return shipping costs.
Venom extracts are biological research materials and cannot be returned once shipped unless damaged or defective.
Venom products must be stored at -20°C immediately upon receipt. Failure to maintain proper storage voids any return eligibility.
Unused equipment and supplies in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
